Excellent treatment plan by Gareth and physio all pains and muscular tightness I experienced has meant I am able to resume sports and activities also avoiding re-injury. Highly highly recommend his treatment

After a couple of sessions with Gareth, my pain has eased up a lot and I have gained more movement in my neck as well as overall flexibility which has made my life so much easier and less stressful. Gareth was able to work around existing problems I have with my neck and shoulder with no difficulty while using massage to help ease some of the symptoms I was having! Thanks for the help and support and I will look forward to my next session.

I took part in Gareth’s self defence class where we learnt and practiced numerous self defence techniques. The training was delivered in such a safe environment and as a result I feel a lot more confident knowing I can protect myself in the future if needed! I cannot recommend this session enough!

Gareth's self-defence class gave me lots of useful techniques which have let me feeling more equipped to defend myself, even against some much bigger and more powerful. The class was also fun as we got to practise all the techniques in a relaxed environment.

Gareth’s knowledge and practical sessions taught me how to use my body effectively in self-defence scenarios. Being a young female I found it extremely helpful to learn new techniques to help me feel safe when walking around in new or dark places.
