Booking Experience

• Complete your booking using our Scheduling System.

• You'll receive an email with confirmation of payment, confirmation of booking, and instructions for how to reschedule or cancel.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are non refundable.

• Cancellations made between 24 ~ 48 hours before arrival are 50% refundable. Please contact us to cancel in this timeframe.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are 100% refundable.

• Rescheduling can be done up to 6 hours prior to arrival, but repeated rescheduling on short notice may incur a time-wasted charge.
